I use freelancer and project workers on a regular basis. Kim’s previous experience of working the recruitment industry has been an enormous help.  Kim will source the candidates, undertake background research of their CV’s and set up the interviews.  All candidates interviewed are of a high calibre which saves me so much time.

I have been working with Kim since I started my business. She was invaluable right from the beginning with her contacts and knowledge, she put me in touch with a web designer, they worked together on all the advertising. Kim set up all the spreadsheets to mange my Profit and Loss accounts and took the lead in helping me to register the business.

When I started this venture I was a complete novice and without Kim’s knowledge and guidance I’m not sure I would of got it off the ground.

I consider Kim to be an integral part of my team, she is always available for as much or as little assistance as I require.

Kimberley tackles most things I throw at her, if she can’t she has many contacts who I continue to work with, Kim is bright and intelligent but mostly  I value her honesty when she thinks something isn’t a good idea.

I asked Kim to undertake some competitor research for me, she exceeded my expectations with the level of information provided, from competitor quotes, and key employees from their organisations.

I nicknamed her Miss Marple as she left no stone unturned.
